Hometown Wisconsin Wedding : Kaylin & Jake
Kaylin and Jake came home to Wisconsin to get married in their hometown surrounded by friends and family. (They met in 7th grade!) Kaylin got ready at her parents’ century old farmhouse, and Jake’s youth pastor married them!
Kaylin’s mom and grandmother help button the her gorgeous lacy dress before the first look. Speaking of which – their first look was so precious – they couldn’t stop smiling! After the first look, we did a few portraits around Kaylin’s parent’s farm. There were so many amazing spots!
Their ceremony was filled with good-natured stories and vows to each other.
Kaylin chose not to have a bridal party, which left us with some extra time for portraits – a photographer’s dream! After a few images outside the church, Kaylin’s mom led us to the most beautiful park for a few fall portraits!
From there it was time for the reception, which was held in Weyauwega’s Gerald Opera House. It has been lovingly restored into an arts center and event venue and Kaylin added beautiful Edison lights that sparkled above the dance floor all night long!
Congratulations, Kaylin & Jake!
